The Brief

As a socially responsible yet wacky brand, giffgaff has a commitment to positive change. Having submitted a brief to D&AD 2023, giffgaff wanted the applicants to tell the story of giffgaff becoming a B-Corp and what that really means, through a series of Instagram Stories and an OOH (out of home) activations. giffgaff sought to express itself to both current and potential members and show what it stands for in a way, that's disruptive (the good kind) and unique to them.

I focused on showing giffgaff's values (community, diversity, inclusivity, charity and sustainability) in a digestible way, while celebrating and explaining what it meant to be a B-Corp

Solution

Tapping into giffgaff's older branding to showcase it's unique voice, I highlighted the key values giffgaff and B-Corp share, with seven animated Instagram stories and an OOH mural.
